Searched quotes and AutoGlass had the best price. The customer service line is national so there is a bit of a disconnect between them and local shop. They were the most honest with the process and that always scores points with me. One example of disconnect was national line gave me an appointment time but local shop is a first come, first serve and when I arrived at 9 am, they had 5 cars already in line. But receptionist was forthright and worked with me and texted me when I was up in que, which was about three years later.

The positives: the woman I dealt with on the phone was very kind, accommodating and worked with me to ensure an easy pickup as I work 24 hour shifts. She let me pay over the phone and honored my emailed coupon immediately. This shop was 100-150 dollars cheaper than any other estimate. The work seems fine and I have driven on the interstate without any rattling or wind noise. Easy scheduling over the phone. The negatives: the shop is in a rougher area of Columbus, but that’s whatever. The pavement around the shop and fence is in disrepair. The fence is falling down and there is a pothole in the back that is super deep. The biggest issue I had was how filthy the inside of my vehicle was after the service. I attached pictures, but I guess they just let all the old sealant and foam fall onto the dash and didn’t attempt to clean it after. Also there were greasy hand prints smeared all over the inside; on the seats, on the dash, steering wheel, A post etc. This was pretty disappointing to find. The windshield also had multiple smudges/smears on the inside that needed cleaned. I guess when you get a new windshield you kind of hope the glass is clean and they at least leave your car

Shawna in the office is great. She had some of the best customer service I have experience in a long time. T in the shop had my car in and out of there in 30 minutes flat and did a spectacular job. I was shocked that he was able to get my window replaced that quickly and correctly. Great job everyone keep up the good work

I was paying out of pocket for a new front windshield, so I emailed several companies looking for the best price. Auto Glass Now was the first company to actually call me back, answer my questions, and get me scheduled. I did receive a lower quote from another company, but Auto Glass Now matched the price without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The whole process was incredibly easy. I dropped off my car, and when the work was finished, they simply texted me that it was ready for pickup. I loved how they took all the guesswork out of the process. Great communication, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend them!

The staff were personable, efficient, honest about the shop's specials, timely, had GREAT conversation and GREAT service!! Time well spent honestly! I would recommend this agency to anyone else dealing with glass needs or anything else, they can diagnose the problem, fix it, or refer out if needed for other issues. 10/10 stars. Will be returning when needed! Completely in good hands here. Got me in a quick as they could during busy times.
